The polishing process of the movement plywood has also reached the highest level in the current market. The chamfering, sun pattern and fish scale pattern are delicately processed, and the visual effect is close to the original version. It is particularly worth mentioning that the two fixed feet of the early version were designed with a circular structure, but this new version of APS movement has synchronized the latest design of the original version, using heart-shaped fixed feet, and the shape, position, and assembly method are consistent with the original version. Watch case

APS spared no expense in the RM055 case and chose imported NTPT carbon fiber material. This thin-layer interwoven composite material has a compressive and torsional strength that far exceeds that of ordinary steel shells, and it also has extremely low weight. Under natural light, NTPTcase will show a unique layered texture and metallic luster effect, which is completely impossible to imitate with ordinary carbon fiber or resin cases. The bracelet is made of high-quality natural fluororubber. Compared with ordinary silicone or synthetic rubber, fluororubber is more resistant to oil, sweat, aging and discoloration, and is less prone to yellowing and hardening after long-term wear. This bracelet adopts the original mold opening and one-piece molding process. The surface texture, edge curvature and dimensional accuracy of the installation interface are highly consistent with the original version. There are no injection nozzles, burrs or mold closing line defects. The headpiece at the connection between the bracelet and the case is also made of titanium material, which not only ensures the rigidity and stability of the connection, but also minimizes the overall weight. All visible and invisible screws on the entire watch are made of titanium and treated with dark gray plating. Whether it is the fixing screws, the bottom cover screws, or the screws at the bracelet connection, APS has not made any material reduction, and they are all made of titanium alloy. Compared with ordinary stainless steel screws, titanium screws are lighter and stronger in the same volume, and have excellent corrosion resistance and will not rust or discolor due to sweat or humid environment. The dark gray electroplating layer is not an ordinary coloring, but a strong coating formed through anodizing or physical vapor deposition processes. It has uniform color, strong adhesion, and is not easy to fade after long-term screwing. Each screw has been precisely machined to size, fits smoothly into the corresponding screw hole, and is flat without bulges after assembly, reflecting APS's meticulous attention to detail.

Crystal uses high-curvature sapphire crystal crystal glass. This shape requires extremely high thickness and cutting accuracy of raw materials. The yield rate is much lower than that of ordinary flat or low-curved crystal, so the production cost increases significantly. On this basis, APS applied a double-sided electroplating high-reflection anti-reflection coating on the inner and outer sides of the crystal, making the light transmittance close to visual transparency. The dial details can be seen at a glance, while effectively reducing reflected glare. More importantly, the crystal system follows the original separated assembly design - that is, the crystal, water resistance rubber ring and case frame are independently and precisely matched, rather than a cheap integrated glued structure.
